Chat with a trained careers adviser in complete confidence through the National Careers Service.
If you're age 13 – 19 you can talk to an adviser about careers and learning. The web chat is available 7 days a week, from 8am to 10pm. You can also call the national young people's helpline between 8am – 10pm on 0800 100 900.

Want to speak with other young people and share your thoughts and experiences in a fully moderated and secure site? You'll need to register which involves providing an email address and a username.
