  • Are Saturday jobs listed on the job search?
    At the moment we only advertise full-time jobs/training placements. However, we are always looking into ways of improving the job vacancy service and this is an area that we would like to improve in the future.
  • Am I speaking to someone in the Youth and Connexions Service when I talk on the Adviser WebChat?
    No, the Adviser WebChat is provided by another part of the national Connexions service called Connexions Direct. This is so that we can offer you an out-of-office-hours service.
  • Does the Adviser on the WebChat know who I am?
    No, the Connexions Direct Adviser will not know who or where you are unless you give them this information.
  • Have you got a Freephone number?
    Yes, you can call the Youth and Connexions Service free on 0800 085 4448. However, this is not a free call from mobile phones.
