Whats Up 30 day Challenge – get your thoughts into shape for the year ahead.

Join in with our 30 day Whats Up Challenge to blow away those January blues and help you feel happier and energised for the year ahead.

Over the next 30 days The Source – for young people in Suffolk, will be posting out daily challenges via Facebook and Twitter that you can do with your friends and family to get you talking, to shake up your daily routine and get you trying out new things. 

The challenges are inspired by the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ which are known to support your emotional health. These are – ‘Be Active’, ‘Give’, ‘Keep Learning’, ‘Take Notice’ and ‘Connect with others’. (You can start implementing them right now with this handy guide from Mind).
We hope the challenges will help you to relax, try new things, chat about what’s on your mind, and feel more confident about yourself.

You decide how you wish to complete the challenges – keep checking this page for info and ideas for each challenge, and you can do them with your friends and family. The tasks are suitable for anyone and whether you choose to complete some or all of them, we hope you have fun.

The first challenge starts on Monday 29th January, follow us on Facebook @thesourcewebsite and on Twitter @sourcesuffolk to keep up with the challenges. Don't worry if you miss a challenge, they will be uploaded here. Tweet us using the hashtag #Whatsup_Source to share with others how the challenges have helped you and your friends!
