Whats Up 30 day Challenge – get your thoughts into shape for the year ahead.

Join in with our 30 day Whats Up Challenge to blow away those blues and help you feel happier and more energised for the year ahead.

You can do these challenges with your friends and family to get you talking, to shake up your daily routine and get you trying out new things. 

The challenges are inspired by the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ which are known to support your emotional health. These are – ‘Be Active’, ‘Give’, ‘Keep Learning’, ‘Take Notice’ and ‘Connect with others’. (You can start implementing them right now with this handy guide from Mind).
We hope the challenges will help you to relax, try new things, chat about what’s on your mind, and feel more confident about yourself.

You decide how you wish to complete the challenges – keep checking this page for info and ideas for each challenge, and you can do them with your friends and family. The tasks are suitable for anyone and whether you choose to complete some or all of them, we hope you have fun.
