MENCAP Employment service

MENCAP Employment Service, for young people aged 16-24 with SEND.
 
MENCAP provide young people with support and training to develop the skills needed to get a paid job.
 
They work with employers so find places so that young people can do a work trial, placement or traineeship to gain experience in a real work environment.
 
MENCAP also offers support to find paid work and provides support or job coaching while young people are in a job to help them develop new skills and progress if they would like to.
