What is a Traineeship?

A traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience that is focused on giving you the skills and experience that employers are looking for. It will give you the confidence of being in a real work environment and a chance to get your maths and English to the required level.

All this is geared towards helping YOU towards YOUR next goal whether this be an apprenticeship, other work or further education.

WS Trainnig are re-launching their Traineeship programme for 16 -18 year old's who are looking to get in to Business or the Hair & Beauty industry.

The 17 week programme covers:
A work placement, Maths and English, Employability and Vocational training (Business or Hair and Beauty).

"We are currently looking to recruit our next group in Ipswich and Colchester and are inviting any 16-18 year olds who are working 16 hours or less a week, looking to take the next step in their career and who are motivated to work, to come in for an interview".

Download the WS Training postcard.
