The "Link Scheme" gives young people with sensory, learning or physical disabilities a change from their daily family life by providing them with regular short breaks.
Concessionary Bus Passes are now available to people of any age with a disability.
The Suffolk Saver Scheme is now part of a nationwide scheme where bus pass holders can use them for travel on local buses anywhere in England! These passes are free and entitle the holders to free travel.
