30 Day What's Up Challenge
30 day Whats Up Challenge – It’s 30 things to support your emotional wellbeing!
We have re-vamped the 30 day What’s up Challenge with new challenges that you can do to stay well and help you get through this Covid period.
Each day for 30 days, complete one of our 'feel-good' challenges here to help keep your mind calm and entertained.
The challenges will help improve your mood, give you ideas that you can explore to stay positive and connected with people, as well as use this time to discover new skills.

How will the challenges help support my emotional health and wellbeing?
The challenges are inspired by the ‘five ways to wellbeing’ which are known to support your emotional health.
These are – ‘Be Active’, ‘Give’, ‘Keep Learning’, ‘Take Notice’ and ‘Connect with others’. (You can start implementing them right now with this handy guide from Mind).
How do I do the challenges?
You decide how you do each of the challenges.
The below blog pages have tips and ideas to help you complete each challenge.
You don’t have to complete all 30 of the challenges, but the more you do the more they will help you to find ways to look after your emotional wellbeing.
The challenges can help you find things you can do to relax, chat about what’s on your mind, and feel more confident about yourself.
