Your feedback will help improve health services for everyone

Healthwatch Suffolk are there to listen to you and your experiences of using health and social care services in Suffolk.

If you want to have your say, your views will be used to help improve services for everyone. Healthwatch Suffolk are backed up by the law, meaning that if a health service is found to be poor or you've had a really bad experience, they will have to respond and say how they are going to improve their service.

Healthwatch Suffolk can make sure your voice is heard, and is used to influence decisions and help shape services.

They also offer information which can help you with using health and social care services, and knowing what to do if things go wrong or you aren't happy with something.

How to have your say

You can share feedback about any health or social care service in Suffolk with Healthwatch Suffolk. That includes treatment you, a friend or family member has received in places like hospitals, dentists, doctors and care homes. Just visit the Healthwatch Suffolk Feedback Centre
