You may have had a text, phone call or letter from us. Suffolk County Council Children and Young People's Services are required to keep in touch with all young people in Suffolk once they have left school. This is to help you to access the education, apprenticeships and employment opportunities you need, direct you to them and offer you support.

Please let us know what you are currently doing by filling in our questionnaire.

The information we receive from you is reported back to the Department for Education on a monthly basis, and helps to shape the services for young people in Suffolk. You can find out more about how Suffolk County Council looks after any data that you provide to us, and what your rights are relating to that data by going to the website page called Information About You

If you would like to get in touch with the team who manage all this work at Suffolk County Council, please email
