Back to School, Back to Health campaign

Posted by The Source Team on 27 August 2020

This campaign helps young people and families across Suffolk get ready to go back to school.

Families, children and young people can complete ten weekly challenges, to help with their emotional and physical wellbeing.

The challenges encourage people to eat well, move more, sleep better, give something and connect with family and friends.

Challenges can be done in any order, at any time, over the next ten weeks. It’s never too late to join in!

After each challenge, apply to receive a challenge sticker. You'll find the application at the bottom of the linked page!

If you prefer, you can phone 01473 718193 instead of completing the online form.

Those who collect all 10 challenge stickers will be entered into a prize draw to win a Fitbit for each family member (Terms and Conditions apply)
