We Need Your Help!

How can we make the Suffolk Children & Young People’s Eating Disorders Service work better for you?

The NHS Clinical Commissioning groups, Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust, Suffolk County Council's Engagement Hub and Suffolk Parent Carer Network are working together to re-design Eating Disorder services for 0-19 year olds across East and West Suffolk (not including Waveney).

Our aim is to provide a service which responds to the needs of children and young people, supported by clinical expertise and knowledge, but also one that is kind, nurturing and supports its' service users to thrive and achieve wellness.

An Eating Disorder can be defined as;

A mental health condition that causes serious changes in eating habits that can lead to major, even life-threatening health problems.

We would like to find out your experiences of Eating Disorders support, what has worked well for you and what could be improved.

If you would like to help us shape future Eating Disorder Services in East and West Suffolk, we have two surveys running - one for children and young people and one for parent carers/family members.

The links are below and the survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.

Your help is vital to make sure that the services are re-designed in a way that works for you.
