Healthwatch Suffolk - “My Health, Our Future” surveys

'My Health, Our Future' (MHoF) is an anonymous online survey for Suffolk secondary school and college students aged 11 - 19 (or 25 with special educational needs or disabilities).
Since 2017, MHoF has received over 43,000 responses from children and young people in Suffolk about their mental health and emotional wellbeing. The data has been used to shape support for young people from schools, colleges, the NHS, Public Health Suffolk, Suffolk County Council, and a range of community organisations and networks.

A free, anonymous and confidential report is provided to each participating school or college with more than 100 responses. These reports allow schools and colleges to put young people’s views at the centre of conversations about their wellbeing. Participating in the survey has helped schools to respond to Ofsted inspections, and has allowed them to target wellbeing support where it is needed the most.

The survey is open now until the end of the school year (July 2023). Please contact for more information about taking part.

We wish you a very happy end to 2022 and look forward to working with you again in 2023.
