If you're in education, you can ask for an appointment with the careers adviser at your school, college, or university

Call 0800 100 900 or contact us via email or webchat to speak to a careers adviser. (Calls are free from landlines and most mobile numbers)

Chat - webchat with careers advisers

Phone lines and webchat are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and every Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

icould - provides 100s videos showing all the different types of jobs that people do, to help you get inspiration. 

icanbea... - a careers website for young people in Suffolk and Norfolk where you can follow organisations and explore the latest career and training opportunities.

As well as using the sites above to get career ideas and inspiration, you can find information and guidance on finding work on the GOV.UK website. Here you can find out about your local Disability Employment Adviser, training, adjustments to help you stay in work, and funding towards higher education.
